Do I need Synthron hardware to use the POS?

No. Fiddle POS runs on Android, Windows and iPad devices you already own, and works with most receipt printers and cash drawers. Fiddle Kiosks add self-ordering on top.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Billing, KOTs and printing keep working offline. Everything syncs to the cloud automatically as soon as the connection returns.

Can I move my menu and data from my current POS?

Yes. Import items, categories and customers from a spreadsheet, or our onboarding team can migrate it for you at no extra cost.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant partners, and daily backups are included on every plan.
